Turtle Lake had two middle school students compete in the Wisconsin Middle School Cross Country Championship! 🤩🏃
The course was two miles long, and both students worked hard and did a fantastic job!
⭐️ Raphael Albano finished 46th out of 228 runners with a time of 12:28.
⭐️ Chloe Mateski finished 61st out of 124 runners with a time of 16:28.

Fall festivities in our kindergarten classrooms! 🤩
Our kindergarteners used a candy corn mix to sort by color, count their favorites, and create a graph to see which flavor was the class favorite!
Our little mathematicians practiced sorting, counting, comparing, and graphing while enjoying a fun fall activity! 🧡💛🤍

Our little Lakers took a trip to the Turtle Lake Fire Department to wrap up Fire Safety Week! 🤩
Students rotated through stations where they learned the importance of stop, drop, and roll; when to call 911; and how to get out and stay out. They also got hands-on experience spraying a fire hose, sitting in a fire truck, and trying on real firefighting gear! 🚒
Thank you to the firefighters for sharing important safety tips and showing us around the fire station! 💛 ❤️
